Chemical anchor stud is non-expansion function and installed together with chemical glass capsule or injection resin and the setting tools,used in the concrete, wall or brickwork substrate to fix the fixture objects.
Chemical anchor studs are used to fix threaded rods and reinforcement under medium and high loads and critical fixing conditions, and to secure the fixture objects in concrete, wall and brickwork bases. They provide more flexible fixture solutions than other mechanical expansion anchors. Pre-installed with a nut and a washer, the tail is cut into a bilateral angle of 45 degrees, mainly for the purpose of chemical anchor stud bolt design to insert into the pre drilled hole more easily. It is used together with a chemical glass capsule or injection resin and the setting tools for installing.
The main production materials are carbon steel and stainless steel 304/316 . The head types include internal head head, external hex head and flat head. Different installation tools should be selected according to different head types.
Under chemical anchoring, epoxy resin is injected into the hole before the stud is inserted. Chemicals naturally fill all gaps left in the hole, thus sealing the hole. This results in additional adhesion, which provides additional firm strength for the fixation of the stud.
The chemical anchor bolt is ideal for medium and high load installation applications. The adhesive force generated by chemical adhesive is stronger than that of the base material. Because the system is based on chemical adhesion, it will not impose load stress on the base material, so it is very suitable for fixing near the edge, effectively reducing the influence of center and multi group anchors on the strength of the base course after installation for concrete with unknown quality or low compressive strength.

Being easy to solidify and has high adhesive force. The two parts are mixed and hardened by a joint pressing tool through a mixer. The excellent bearing strength of the fixture after complete hardening is suitable for threaded rod, stud, anchor bolt and other metal solid materials.
The products have Metric and British specifications, various external diameters and lengths, which are suitable for tightening requirements of various drilling diameter and depth.

1• Pre drill an installation hole with correct inner diameter and depth in concrete/brickwall/stone / masonry/brickwork base.
2• Use a brush or high-pressure gas to clean the dust and residue in the hole.
3• Inject chemical adhesive to the bottom of the hole.
4• Insert the bolt/stud/ reinforcement/threaded rod into the hole.
5• After a certain period of time, the adhesive, stud and concrete will bond closely.
6• Take out the installing tool and wait for the reagent to harden.
7• After being completely hardened, add washer and hex nut to fix.
