Zinc alloy concreate single expansion anchor is made of high-quality zinc alloy material and manufactured by die-casting machine. The product is designed to be composed of two shields and one conical nut, which is pre- assembled and fixed with the spring band.
Single expansion anchors are designed for anchoring and fixing installation objects in concrete, brick or block base materials. Their load-bearing capacity ranges from light to medium-sized. Due to the characteristics of zinc alloy, the products have the functions of rust prevention, corrosion prevention and environmental protection.
The single expansion anchor concrete is flush with the base material, so that the mechanical bolt can be fixed through the installation, and then the mechanical bolt is screwed into the anchor body. When the head of the bolt is rotated by hand or electroplated screw driver, the conical nut will go up, resulting in the expansion shields, so that the product anchoring force between the shield and the hole wall for installation is strengthened, so as to achieve the purpose of installation and fixation.
It is a kind of concrete mechanical anchor bolt. The monomer includes a set of pre assembled expansion shield and expansion cone nut. When being tightened, the cone nut body is pulled into the shield and pressed on the base material. When it is necessary to remove and replace, the bolt can be loosened and removed, but the single expansion anchor is disposable.
The anchor diameter, bolt diameter and the outer diameter of the required hole should be fully considered when installing and using the single expansion anchor. A single expansion anchor is an effective fastener when working with masonry or concrete foundation materials for reliable strength. Anchor size refers to the diameter of the machine bolt used to extend the anchor, or the internal thread size of the tapered cone nut. Available sizes range from 1/4" to 3/4".
